I am a certified Co-Active coach (PCC, CPCC)
I focus on career and life transitions, helping my clients ease into change with clarity and confidence.Over the last 7 years, I have supported more than 100 clients through career and life transitions, and I have lived many of my own. I have worked in research and marketing across multinationals and startups, and lived in six countries across three continents.My coaching is rooted in the Co-Active model — one of the most recognised approaches in the field. At its heart, one belief: that you are naturally creative, resourceful and whole.My role is not to tell you what to do. It is to co-create with you a safe and championing space, enabling you to see more clearly what you want and to be bolder in what you choose to do accordingly. I also help you build the accountability structures you need to promote lasting change.

We focus on one specific topic, question, or decision.Across three sessions, we bring light to your priorities, identify what is in the way, and define next steps.You will leave with renewed clarity, confidence, and will have taken the first steps towards change.
DIRECTION PATH
8 sessions - £1100
You feel lost in navigating a change or in choosing a direction for the future.This deeper coaching journey is for those moments when something feels off, or when life is calling for renewal, but you don't know where to start.Across eight sessions, we will explore what is shifting in your life or work and why, clarify your values, needs, and possibilities, reconnect to what brings you purpose and energy, and build the plan you need to start acting.
